Galle Fort is a very nice place to walk about, shop, eat and site seeing. There are museums and so much to see, I loved the area and even though it’s a tourist location it is still used by locals.
When it’s warm you could watch the locals play football in the field or have lunch at a restaurant in the garden.
Unamatuna beach is further away, around 30 mins away from Galle town so you could take the bus and enjoy the sites. I do recommend the sliced up mangos that they offer for sale on the buses. Once you get to the beach there are the usual things you can do such as Jetski, Kayak, sunbath, or go to a restaurant on the beach.
