The Museum of Islamic Art – Doha

The location of this museum is right by the shore, the cool thing was the open space inside where the reception is, there was so much sunlight coming in through the large windows facing the sea that made the ceiling seem so high up. The cafe inside the museum was a gift at the end of the tour… so loved it!

If you are not interested in museums you could enjoy the view of the sea. Have a look at the pictures. Notice the open market outside the museum where they sell all sorts. I loved this chess set I saw there but they were asking for a little more than I wanted to pay, oh well.
